Urban Farmers
Our growing network includes 20+ urban farmers who grow food using smaller spaces such as rooftops, community gardens, backyards, and vacant lots to cultivate crops and produce food. They often focus on sustainable practices, local food systems, and providing fresh produce to their communities, helping to reduce food miles and increase access to healthy, local food. they also incorporate innovative techniques like hydroponics and vertical farming to maximize space and resources.
Garden of Eden
Our network of churches and other religious buildings with a garden on the property. These gardens are tended by the community and provide fresh, local produce to community members. Our current Garden of Eden participants total over 50 acres!
Private Farms
Our privately owned farms range in size from small plots to large-scale operations and focus on producing food, livestock and other agricultural goods for local markets, direct-to-consumer sales and larger distribution.
